So for a while I hosted an image board called MMXchan.org. Why it was called MMXchan was that it was ran on a pentium MMX. It had two encarnations, originally it used freebsd and used tinyIB as the imageboard software. I had to use some wierd libraries to get it to work right due to how the precompiled packages didn't include some deprecated functions on No-Hugs bsd. The next encarnation was a lainchan code, as there software is very flushed out. I just used debian jessie this time, even though it isn't the latest version of debian it worked just fine. Besides, stretch dropped support for stuff pre-pentium2.
It was fun pretending to be trap-hiroshimoot, but the website never really caught on. I found the photo for the corner of this website on my imageboard! So, whoever made it thanks :D.
So lets look at some of the previous uses of that 1996 gateway e2000s. Probably the most intersting would be when it was hooked up to a apple iic monitor in some sort of wierd antichromatic combination.

>tfw this thing ran tinycore pretty well.
